Everyone low vision guy here again hope you’re doing awesome.
Today short podcasts is basically a little motivation for you if you feel a little down lately. Sometimes when things don’t go our way we tend to be little negative and pessimistic about our situations and we ultimately think that there is not light at the end of the tunnel. So, for you guys feeling a little bit down, here is a little pep talk from the LOW VISION GUY. Here are 5 things that you can start doing TODAY to feel better about yourself and your situation.

1). Read books that are motivating and inspiring.
2) make sure you hang out with positive friends.
3) we are not looking for perfection looking for progress
4) Do something that scares you.
5) If all of that fails, then exercise.
